1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Orienna ("Orienna," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Orienna iPhone app, visit orienna.app, contact support, or send feedback. Orienna is intended only for adults and does not require an email account in its current version.

2. Information kept on your device

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Your preferred name and chosen Orienna avatar.
• Setup choices such as age range, eating habits, health conditions to keep in mind, doctor or pharmacist food limits, allergies, foods you avoid, meal needs, kitchen tools, and taste preferences.
• Your current stage, selected recipes, cooking progress, and completion history.
• Your Journal entries and meal photos selected for the Journal.
• Voice and app preferences.

These details are used on your device to filter and rank recipes, restore your progress, and personalize the app. The current app does not send your setup answers, cooking history, or Journal to Orienna's content service. If you separately ask us to notify you when a suitable recipe becomes available, the app sends the onboarding answers described on that submission screen to Orienna as part of your request.

3. Information sent when needed

App and subscription operation

Orienna creates a random device identifier stored in the iPhone Keychain. When you start, restore, or manage a subscription, Orienna may send this identifier together with product, transaction, signed purchase, and timing information to our subscription management service. Apple processes the purchase and remains the source of truth for billing.

Feedback and support

When you choose to send feedback, we receive the message and may receive your email address, device identifier, and an image or screenshot you attach. When you email support, we receive the information included in your email.

If you ask Orienna to notify you when a suitable recipe becomes available, we receive your email address and onboarding answers, including health conditions, food limits, allergies, kitchen tools, and food preferences. Orienna uses this information to understand missing recipe coverage and develop recipes that better fit the needs users have asked us to support.

Recipe content

The app connects to Orienna's content service to download published stages, recipes, images, audio, and related content. Standard server records may include IP address, request time, device or app information, and error details needed for security and reliability.

4. Photos

Journal photos are stored on your device. If you save a camera photo to the iPhone Photos library, that copy is controlled through Apple Photos and remains there until you delete it from Photos.

5. Website information

The current Orienna website does not use advertising trackers or sell visitor information. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events, to deliver and protect the site. The Contact Us form opens your email app; it does not submit the message through the website.

6. How we use information

• To provide recipes, restore progress, and operate app features.
• To verify subscription access and prevent purchase fraud.
• To answer support requests and evaluate feedback you choose to send.
• To identify recipe coverage gaps and develop additional recipes.
• To maintain security, diagnose errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use health-related setup choices for advertising, and we do not share them with data brokers.

7. Service providers and Apple

We use service providers for website and app hosting, content delivery, subscription management, and support operations. They may process information only to provide those services and are expected to protect it. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple's own privacy policy. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

8. Retention and deletion

Your profile, setup answers, cooking progress, Journal entries, and photos stored inside Orienna remain until you delete them in the app, reset the app where available, or remove the app. A recipe coverage request that could not be sent may be queued on your device; Delete Local Data removes that queued request. Removing Orienna does not remove copies saved separately in Apple Photos. Recipe coverage requests, including the email address and onboarding answers provided with the request, are retained so we can plan, prioritize, and develop recipes for needs users have asked us to support. Other feedback, support messages, subscription records, and technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, service operation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

Journal entries and meal photos can be deleted in the app. Camera, photo, microphone, and speech permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to receive a portable copy of information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To make a request, email contact@fastnfreshpty.com. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive medical records or payment card numbers to support.

11. Children

Orienna is not directed to children or intended for use by anyone who is not an adult under the laws where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

12. Changes and contact
