Terms for using Orienna.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orienna iPhone app, website, recipes, support, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use Orienna

Orienna is intended for adults. You must be an adult under the laws where you live and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Service.

3. What Orienna provides

Orienna provides a reviewed recipe library, rule-based recipe recommendations, staged recipe progress, guided cooking instructions, voice features, and a personal meal Journal. Features and available recipes may change as we improve the Service.

4. Not medical advice

Orienna provides general cooking, food, and meal information. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, registered dietitian, speech-language pathologist, or other qualified professional.

If you have diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, swallowing difficulty, a serious allergy, medication restrictions, or another condition affected by food or fluids, follow your clinician's instructions. Seek emergency help through your local emergency service when needed.

5. Allergies, food limits, and kitchen safety

Recommendations depend on the choices you provide and the information available in Orienna's recipe library. You remain responsible for checking ingredient labels, substitutions, preparation surfaces, cross-contact, food storage, cooking temperatures, and whether a meal fits your professional health advice. Do not use a recipe if you are uncertain that it is appropriate for you.

6. Subscriptions and Apple billing

Paid features may be offered through an auto-renewing App Store subscription. Before purchase, the app and Apple display the plan, price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Unless canceled, the subscription renews as described at purchase.

Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its rules. Deleting Orienna does not cancel an active subscription.

7. Your photos and feedback

You keep ownership of photos and other content you create. You give Orienna only the limited permission needed to store, display, or process content for the feature you choose. If you send feedback, screenshots, or support materials to us, you allow us to use them to respond, diagnose the issue, and improve the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

8. Orienna content and acceptable use

Orienna and its recipes, illustrations, audio, text, branding, software, and other Service content are owned by Orienna or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy or commercially redistribute the recipe library, bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, scrape the Service at scale, impersonate others, or use the Service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Orienna accurate and available, but the Service may sometimes be interrupted, contain errors, or change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or content. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting a paid service.

10. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. To the extent permitted by law, Orienna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service.

These Terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights in your country or state.

11. Apple terms

When you download Orienna from the App Store, your license to the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different App Store license is presented. Apple is not responsible for Orienna support; contact us using the address below.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated date appears above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to contact@fastnfreshpty.com.
